Can I order over the phone?
Yes. Just call 1-877-667-0006 and speak to one of our customer service agents. You will need to provide a credit card number for payment at time of order.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are legally required to collect sales tax in the states in which we have a physical presence which currently is only the state of Georgia.
When will my credit card be charged?
You card is charged at time of order. Your payment will show up on your credit card statement as EcoSMART and you will receive a copy of the payment with your order.
How do you secure my personal and credit card information?
Shopping on our site is safe and secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to keep your information protected and we do not share your information with any external parties without your consent.
How do I know my order has shipped?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that provides a FedEx tracking number once your order has shipped. Please check your spam or junk folder for this e-mail. It will be addressed from info@ecosmart.com. Note – All orders are shipped out within 24 – 48 hours of receipt and payment.
How do you calculate shipping charges?
We only ship via FedEx ground in the continental US. You will be charged the FedEx rate to your location and selected level of service plus a $2 handling fee.
What is your refund policy?
EcoSMART products are guaranteed to work as represented on the label. If not satisfied please call our customer service hotline at 1-877-667-0006, so we can address your concerns or provide a refund if needed, with proof of purchase.
