• Do not use on plants if temperatures are expected to be over 85°F.• Spray plants in early morning or evening when it is cooler.  • Some plants with tender tissue and/or tender new growth may be sensitive to plant oils.  If not sure, test spray a few leaves 1 day before spraying entire plant. Do not use on plant if leaf burn/spotting is observed.  Avoid spraying new flower blooms.• This product is non-staining to most home siding depending on age and cleanliness.  However, before applying to any home siding (vinyl siding in particular), test in an inconspicuous area and recheck in a few hours.  Do not use on siding if any staining is observed.• This product is non-staining on most concrete surfaces.  However, before applying to concrete, paver stones, etc., test in an inconspicuous area and recheck in a few hours.  Do not use on concrete if any staining is observed.

MIXING RATES FOR DIFFERENT APPLICATION SITES:

For Foundation, Patio and Porch Applications: Mix 10 oz of liquid concentrate per 1 gallon of water.

For Lawn Applications: Mix 3 to 6 oz of liquid concentrate per 1 gallon of water, depending on the type of application in the How To Use section.

For Ornamental Tree and Shrub Applications: Mix 2 oz of liquid concentrate per 1 gallon of water.

IF USING A PUMP STYLE TANK SPRAYER:

Adjust the nozzle of sprayer to a fan spray (if nozzle is adjustable).• Shake well before applying.• Rinse out sprayer well after use.

IF USING A DIAL STYLE HOSE END SPRAYER:

Set dial to correspond to application site per mixing rate instructions above. Fill sprayer jar with enough concentrate to cover area to be treated.  DO NOT ADD WATER.  Attach hose to the sprayer.  Turn hose on and begin spraying.  It is best to begin spraying the area farthest from the faucet walking backwards as you spray. Rinse out sprayer well after use.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUND DRENCHING (For Ant Mounds): Dilute 8 oz of concentrate per gallon of water in a bucket or watering container.  Mix well.  See drenching directions in the “How To Use” section.

KILLS AND REPELS:  Ants (including Carpenter, Fire Ants, Red Harvester, Pavement, Odorous and Argentine), Centipedes, Cockroaches (including American, Asian, German and Smokey Brown), Crickets, Earwigs, Fleas, Houseflies, Millipedes, Mosquitoes, Sowbugs/Pillbugs, Spiders, Ticks and other outdoor pests.
SPRAYING DIRECTIONS:• Use a tank sprayer or hose end sprayer.  Dilute 10 oz. of concentrate per 1 gallon of water.  To keep pests from entering the house, spray a 2 foot band of soil around the house next to the foundation, and around patios and porches.  Also, spray the foundation of the house to a height of 2 feet.  • Hold sprayer about 18 to 24 inches from surface to be sprayed.• Repeat every 2 to 3 weeks, or as necessary.DRENCHING DIRECTIONS:• For Ant Mounds:  Dilute 8 oz of concentrate per 1 gallon of water in a bucket or water container. Pour diluted solution directly on ant mounds. One gallon of dilution will treat up to 4 mounds.  For best results apply in early morning or in evening when weather is cooler.  Do not apply in the heat of the day.  Surrounding grass may brown temporarily but will return to normal in about a week.

KILLS AND REPELS: Ants (including Carpenter, Fire , Red Harvester, Pavement, Odorous and Argentine), Armyworms, Aphids, Bagworms, Black Vine Weevils (adult), Boxelder bugs, Broadmites, Brown Softscales, Budworms, Caterpillars, Clover Mites, Crickets, Cutworms,  Elm Leaf Beetles, European Sawflies, Flea Beetles, Japanese Beetles (adults), June Beetles (adults), Lace Bugs, Leaf-feeding Caterpillars, Leafhoppers, Leafminers (adults), Leafrollers, Leaf skeletonizers, Mealybugs, Midges, Mosquitoes, Pillbugs, Pine Plant Bugs, Sawflies, Scale Insects (crawlers), Spiders, Spider Mites, Spittlebugs, Striped Beetles, Thrips, Tip Moths, Whiteflies and other outdoor pests.
SPRAYING DIRECTIONS:• Use either a tank compressed air sprayer (preferred) or hose end sprayer.  Dilute 2 oz. of concentrate per 1 gallon of water if using a tank sprayer.  Dilute 4 oz. of concentrate per 1 gallon of water if using a hose end sprayer.• Hold sprayer about 12 to 18 inches from foliage to be sprayed.• Apply until leaves are evenly coated but not dripping.• To kill insects/mites that may hide, try to spray underside of leaves and penetrate dense foliage.• Severe infestations and hard to control pests may require 2 to 3 applications.• If the temperature is expected to exceed 85° F, spray in the early morning or late afternoon when it is cooler.• Repeat as necessary.

KILLS AND REPELS SURFACE PESTS: Ants (including Carpenter, Fire Ants, Red Harvester, Pavement, Odorous and Argentine), Armyworms, Billbugs, Chinch Bugs, Cockroaches (American, Asian, German and Smokey Brown), Crickets, Cutworms, Earwigs, Fleas, Hyperodes Weevils (adults), Japanese Beetles (adults), Lawn Moths (Sod Webworms), Millipedes, Mites, Mosquitoes, Sowbugs/Pillbugs, Spittlebugs, Springtails, Ticks and other lawn pests.

SPRAYING DIRECTIONS:• Use either a hose end sprayer (for entire lawn spraying – up to 5000 sq ft.) or tank compressed air sprayer (for spot spraying – up to 300 sq. ft.).  Dilute 6 oz. of concentrate per 1 gallon of water for entire lawn application in a hose end sprayer.  Dilute 3 oz. of concentrate per 1 gallon of water for spot application in a tank sprayer.• Hold sprayer about 18 to 24 inches from grass to be sprayed.• Spray evenly over area to be treated.  For best results, treat entire yard.• If the temperature is expected to exceed 85° F, spray in the early morning or late afternoon when it is cooler.• Delay watering or mowing for 24 hours before and after application for optimum control of surface pests. • Severe infestations and hard to control pests may require 2 to 3 applications.• Repeat as necessary.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS:  Caution – We recommend good safety practices when using any insecticide, such as avoiding contact with eyes and skin and keeping out of the reach of children.  If product gets in eyes, flush with water.  If on skin, wash with soap and water.  If irritation persists, contact a physician.

STORAGE & DISPOSAL: Store in original container in a cool, dry area and avoid excess heat. Keep from freezing.  Do not reuse container.  Offer for recycling if available or discard in trash.
