Easy to apply & seems effective Review by Ratchwhit

We recently moved to a new house - lots of woods and bordered by wetlands. With such a wet spring, the ticks, black flies and mosquitoes have been HORRIBLE! My kids are very allergic to the bites and were covered in swollen/sore/itchy welts. In desperation I tested a spray with deet on me, but it didn't stop them from biting.
By chance I found ecosmart at home depot. What did I have to lose? I wasn't comfortable using chemicals with the kids.
I used the mosquito fogger on part of the yard hoping it would stop the biting long enough to spread the granules.
All I can say is WOW! I treated most if the perimeter and yard.....in less than an hour we were ENJOYING our yard and deck for the first time! The smell is initially quite strong, but we liked it (wintergreen). I have seen 2 ticks in the last 10 days, which is remarkable after pulling them off the kids daily! Black flies seem to be gone, but the mosquitoes are creeping back. I sprayed the mosquito/tick spray yesterday morning, but perhaps it would have been more effective if I had sprayed at dusk. I am going to give it one more try! But WOW, 10 days without a bug bite was awesome.
